Creating Space for Creative People
The ESTATE FOUR development concept is centred on three key points: Design, Volume and Glamour - sophisticated design, large internal space with exceptional ceiling heights and careful selection of clientele from the creative industries. These three elements combine to form distinctive developments dedicated to creativity - dynamic environments popular with fashion, art, public relations, advertising, graphic and product designers and contemporary icons who wish to thrive in genuinely inspiring spaces.
One of the factors of our success, and unique to ESTATE FOUR, is our particularly close relationships with luxury fashion houses, designers and the contemporary art community. ESTATE FOUR is very selective in choosing projects, taking into consideration the effect the development will have on the surrounding area and understanding the importance of achieving the perfect balance of tenants to ensure the viability of a sustainable creative community. ESTATE FOUR aims to create 'destinations' by raising the profile of the areas it chooses to develop. ESTATE FOUR has been very successful in creating value in non-prime areas by changing the perception and accelerating its observance as a vibrant, artistic and cool place to be.
Another part of our concept is regeneration - applying modern architecture and design to buildings of substantial volume in urban zones, close to popular locations with strong communication links. Our developments have made important contributions in transforming and reviving areas which have previously been neglected. In Milan, ESTATE FOUR's founder Alessandro Cajrati Crivelli was the main force behind the regeneration of 3.5 million square feet of former industrial buildings, which is now the famous Zona Tortona - one of the largest fashion districts in the world.
ESTATE FOUR is now looking for new projects in London, New York and Los Angeles, in order to introduce inspirational working and living environments for the creative sectors of these exciting cities.
